This website is operated by Phiten Philippines, distributed by THC Lifestyle Corp. References to "we", "us", or "our" refer to Phiten Philippines. Products sold on this site are wellness products and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
3. Products and Pricing
We strive to display product information and prices accurately. However, prices are in Philippine Pesos (PHP) and are subject to change without prior notice. In the event of an incorrect price listing, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order placed at the incorrect price.
4. Orders and Availability
All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is out of stock after your order has been placed, we will contact you to arrange a refund, replacement, or adjustment. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders suspected of fraud or resale.
5. Payment
We accept debit and credit cards, GCash, PayMaya, bank deposit, cash on delivery (COD), and in-store payment. For non-COD methods, your order will only be processed once payment has been verified. You are responsible for ensuring accurate payment details.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate; we are not liable for deliveries lost due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
7. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products (including tapes, lotions, and items worn on the body) may be non-returnable once opened. Unopened and unused items may be returned within seven (7) days of receipt, in original packaging, for an exchange or store credit. Shipping fees are non-refundable. To request a return, contact our customer service team.

Phiten products are wellness accessories. If you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or are under medical treatment, please consult your physician before use. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. Results may vary between individuals.
